Warranty applies only to the specific service or replacement part provided by LAPY CARE. The applicable warranty period will be communicated at the time of delivery.

Warranty does not cover:

Physical or accidental damage

Liquid or water damage

Damage caused by power fluctuations

Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties

Normal wear and tear

Warranty Claims

To request warranty support, customers must provide the original invoice or proof of service.

Warranty Decisions

Warranty coverage is subject to inspection and verification. If the issue is found to be outside the warranty terms, additional charges may apply.
